Sorbitol is presented as a transparent colorless liquid syrup mixed with water. In terms of its functions, it is a skin and hair moisturizer, a sweetener (coefficient 0.6 of the sweetness of sucrose), a complexing agent, a thickener, an emulsifier, a hygroscopic and dispersing agent, a color stabilizer, and it also gives softness, plasticity and velvetiness to the finished texture. This sorbitol has high refractive indices and does not precipitate, due to which it is used in products where transparency is important. Application: in cosmetics: cleansers (shampoos, gels, scrubs), skin care products, moisturizing face and hair masks, conditioners, toothpastes and mouthwashes, deodorants; in pharmaceuticals: cough syrups; in household chemicals: sorbitol promotes the combination of immiscible substances and reduces the aggressive effects of surfactants. We would like to remind you that we present a product for increasing the bioavailability of drugs – Croscarmellose sodium . Sodium croscarmellose is used in the production of solid forms as a superdisintegrant. Sodium cellulose is added to drugs, vitamins and dietary supplements in the form of capsules/pills/tablets. Copolymer VA64W is a solution in water, contains 50% polymer. Properties : non-ionic, so does not require neutralization; soluble in ethanol, isopropanol, n-propanol, glycerol, methylene chloride, esters and ketones; gives clear solutions in water.
