Astaxanthin is a natural antioxidant from an extract of the microscopic algae Haemotococcus pluvialis, which has pronounced anti-aging properties and prevents skin photoaging.

Astaxanthin’s unique structure allows it to capture cellular and mitochondrial membranes.

Benefits of Astaxanthin:

Recommendations for use:

Formulation input level: 0.0001 to 0.07% in final formulation.
The final formulation should be maintained at a pH of 5.5 or higher.
More and more evidence suggests that astaxanthin is most effective when administered orally and topically together.
